Some of these terms can have more than one meaning, so we have applied the definition which applies most closely to the context it will be applied for, relating to property investment. Proven Value

Relates to the value of an investment property or properties which is proven, usually within the form of a RICS property valuation. Different to an estimated value, which could be based on the results of studying local comparable investment properties.
