Buccament Bay, St. Vincent 5 Star Beach Resort - Update.
1.) New blog post regarding world-class football professionals who will be teaching at the Liverpool F.C. Soccer Academy at the Buccament Bay resort.
2.) New blog post regarding Pat Cash at Buccament Bay.
3.) The Buccament Bay Resort has boasted an average 80% - 90% occupancy rate this year.
Bookings for 2012 are already at 40% occupancy, which is very high considering the majority of bookings will be taken next year.
Also, In November 2011, the Buccament Bay Resort was KUONI’s largest selling holiday resort in the Caribbean for 2012 bookings.

For those of you who are not familiar with occupancy rates, these percentages show that although Buccament Bay is still a new resort, tourist demand is already strong and well on the way to becoming established.
This is great news for all involved and a strong indication that investors will benefit from high rental income and appreciating property value through the long-term, as this resort is firmly cementing it\'s place above the competition.
Great security and outlook is also provided for our other Caribbean resorts, which are being constructed by the same developer/resort operator as Buccament Bay.
